空谷校园网西大5月10日讯（文/见习记者 韦娜）“What is success？”5月10日上午9时，数信学院第四届科技文化艺术节英语励志演讲比赛决赛在数信学院一楼多媒体教室举行。这是一场全英文式的比赛。

    “This moment , I’m very exciting.”2号选手卢少娟说道。

   “I will try my best , please trust me.”10号选手王凤云在自我介绍时表示。而5号选手蓝俏媛在演讲《Never give up》中介绍了自己学数学的亲身经验。

    “Time and time again , I tell myself to hold on and I do . ”她还补充道， “As long as you hold on , the success will belong to you . No matter what you do , please remember , where there is a will , there is a way . ”稍微紧张的她最终还是将自己的稿演讲完了，大家也为她的真诚演讲给予热烈的掌声。

    本次决赛设置了即兴演讲环节，选手们对health、success、initiative、employment、love、learn、family、self-confidence等话题做了即兴演讲。

 “I think family is very important . Tomorrow is Mothers’ Day , tell your mother or your parents you love her or them . ” 10号选手方澜澜演讲道。 “What is the present you want to give your mother ?” 评委皱薛峰老师给方澜澜抛出了一个很现实的问题。 “This afternoon , I will go home , get together with my mother .”方澜澜毫不犹豫地回答说。

   “I'm so exciting to enjoy your speech . You did a very very good job. All of you study hard to reach your goal . ”评李玉艳老师给予了选手们高度的评价。评委李玉艳老师给予了选手们高度的评价。“I just can say thank you .I learn from you .”

    有突出表现的6号选手张玉在赛后表示，她在这次比赛中很努力去准备了，把心态放正，重在参与。当问到她是否会按她演讲中的内容去做时，她说：“当然！这些演讲内容都是发自我内心的心声，我会在生命中去运用。”

    据悉，此次决赛结果将在赛后公布。
